The Mendocino Woodlands State Park is a state park and recreation area in Mendocino, California. It is best known as a group camping retreat facility and environmental center.

Located in the heart of the Redwood Forest, the Mendocino Woodlands State Park is also a historic site. In fact, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a designated National Historic Landmark. Its historic significance lies in the fact that it is one of the 46 campgrounds created by the Works Progress Administration and the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s.

The Mendocino Woodlands State Park is still popular for camping, alongside other outdoor recreation activities like fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing. It is open year round with its day use area accessible for free.
