The Museum of Contemporary Art started in 1979 and it is committed to displaying and featuring contemporary art alone. It collects, presents, and interprets various works of art that were produced all the way back in 1940. They want to preserve all this artistry for the benefit of the coming generations too. In just a short span of time, MOCA has been able to develop one of the most renowned collections when it comes to art centers and galleries.

It is now home to about 5,000 pieces of work and still growing. It also offers an extensive array of opportunities for students and visitors alike. It is perfect to be seen and experienced by schools that pretty much concentrate on offering art classes.
