Point Sur State Historic Park is a state historical site dedicated to the history of the Point Sur Lightstation and the surrounding area located in Big Sur, California.

The Lightstation, registered on the National Register of Historic Places was first used on August 1, 1889 and has served the area in continuous operation ever since. The lighthouse keepers of the station and their families lived at the site from 1889 to 1974 after which the lightstation was automated.

Currently the lighthouse and its buildings are opened to the public and restored by park staff and community volunteers and public access is only allowed through docent led tours. State park volunteers and the non-profit Central Coast Lighthouse Keepers help keep the park well maintained as well as provide the tour guides for the park visitors.
