San Simeon State Park Rating: None

The San Simeon State Park is a state park and recreation area in Cambria, California. It is best noted for being one of the oldest unites of the California State Park System.

Offering a very diverse natural setting, the San Simeon State Park has already been reduced as an additional item on the itinerary of those who are looking for something else to do when visiting the Hearst Castle. People who venture here do not get disappointed, though. With what the site has to offer, including two nature preserves (Santa Rosa Creek Natural Preserve and the San Simeon Natural Preserve), the Pa-nu Cultural Preserve, 3.3 miles of nature trails, campgrounds, scenic overlooks, and interpretive signs among other things, there are definitely a good amount of things to see and do here.
