The Sugarloaf Ridge State Park is a state park and recreation area in Kenwood, California. The site is nestled on the boundaries of Sonoma and Napa counties.

Situated amongst the Mayacamas Mountains, the Sugarloaf Ridge State Park features the 2729 feet Bald Mountain and the headwaters of Sonoma Creek. It is also home to a beautiful 25-foot tall seasonal waterfall and the Robert Ferguson Observatory. Visitors can also enjoy the ridge?s two main peaks, one at 1939 feet above sea level and one at 2265feet.

Camping, hiking, picnicking, and horseback riding are some of the top recreational activities at the Sugarloaf Ridge State Park. Sightseeing is also quite popular, especially since folks can get fantastic views of the Sierra Nevada and the Golden Gate Bridge at the summit of Bald Mountain on clear days.
