The Tomales Bay State Park is a state park and recreation area in Inverness, California. It is located next to the Point Reyes National Seashore.

Covering two thousand acres of area, the Tomales Bay State Park offers a wide variety of things to see and enjoy. It has four gently sloping, surf free beaches that are perfect for swimming and boating. They also have miles of nature trails making the site quite a popular spot for hikers. Those who are after some nature study can also find a good amount of plant life around here with its forests, meadows, and marshes. It is also home to one of the finest remaining virgin groves of Bishop pine in the state, the Jopson Memorial Grove.
