The Weaverville Joss House State Historic Park is a state park and historic site in Weaverville, California. It was created in 1963 by the California State Park System in order to protect the historic site where a Taoist temple has always stood since the 1800s.

The Weaverville Joss House State Historic Park features The Temple among the Trees Beneath the Clouds. It was built in 1874 as a replacement to earlier structures that got destroyed in fires. Due to a robbery in 1934 which stripped most of the temple from its materials, measures to protect it were taken by the state.

Considered as the home of oldest Chinese temple in all of California, the Weaverville Joss House State Historic Park was named the California Historical Landmark No. 709.
