The Westport-Union Landing State Beach is a state park and beach in Westport, California. It is located north of Mendocino.

Famous of its stunning sunsets, beautiful vistas, and backgrounds of tree covered mountains, the 42-acre Westport-Union Landing State Beach tends to attract photographers, nature lovers, and romantics. Visitors can also enjoy hiking, camping, picnicking, fishing, beachcombing, and tidepooling at the site. Despite its 3 mile stretch of rugged and scenic coastline, the water is not exactly ideal for swimming and other water oriented activities as it can be dangerous.

Named after two early day communities (Westport and Union Landing), the Westport-Union Landing State Beach is a great outdoor recreation destination for the hardy individual. Visitors are also always advised to be careful when around the water as it is quite unpredictable.
