The Wildwood Canyon State Park is a state park and recreation area in Yucaipa, California. It was created as a result of the locale’s residents’ efforts in preservation of two historic ranches (Porter and Birmingham).

Although still relatively new, the Wildwood Canyon State Park is already generating buzz. It is best known for its nature trails, providing the public a great place to go hiking, biking, and horseback riding. A great number of visitors enjoy the challenge the hike up the mountain, making it something that gives a lot of visitors a sense of accomplishment afterwards. Aside from the guests, the park is also packed with wildlife.

Sadly, funding is scarce for the Wildwood Canyon State Park. This is why its development comes kind of slow.
