The Will Rogers State Beach is a state park and beach in Pacific Palisades, California. It is best known as Los Angeles? unofficial gay beach due to its popularity among the LGBT community.

The sandy beach of the Will Rogers State Beach may not be a lot, as it only stretches for three-quarters of a mile, but it has other things to offer. For one, it is located just between Santa Monica and Malibu and just seems to be the perfect mix of the two. It isn?t as crowded as Santa Monica and it is significantly cleaner. Unlike Malibu, it actually offers sandy beaches, which makes it ideal for families as well. The site is also outfitted with volleyball courts, gymnastics equipment, and a playground. Visitors can also enjoy hiking and horseback riding in its nature trails.
