The Bonny Lake State Park is a state park and recreation area in Idalia, Colorado. It is noted for being the esternmost state park in all of Colorado.

Established in 1966, the Bonny Lake State Park used to be best known for its water recreation opportunities. However, in 2007, the Bonny Lake was actually drained, albeit not fully due to some issues. For quite some time, people can only use the lake with smaller boats, as well as with canoes and jetskis because the water was so low. Continued issues persisted until most recent announcements say that fishing at the lake will be closed on the first of November 2011.

However, there are still a number of things that can be enjoyed at the parks 4703 acres. Camping is still available, as well as wildlife viewing.
