The Boyd Lake State Park is a state park and recreation area in Loveland, Colorado. It is touted as the water sports haven of northern Colorado.
Situated at the foot of the snow capped Long?s Peak and Continental Divide, the Boyd Lake State Park is a family friendly destination, offering a wide range of recreational opportunities that is perfect for everybody. Among the things that visitors can enjoy at the park include fishing, swimming, camping, water skiing, jet skiing, boating, and picnicking. Bird watching and wildlife viewing can also be done at the park, with it being home to various natural habitats.
The Boyd Lake State Park is open all year long but its visitors center is only open every Wednesdays through Sundays.
