Terrorism has been one of the most important global issues that the world is facing today. The Counterterrorism Education Learning Lab or better known as CELL is a non-profit institution striving to educate the public about this internationally known threat. The CELL offers exhibits and programs to give an extensive look at the security and related social endeavors that the current generation faces.

The CELL?s vision is to have citizen?s knowledge about the realities of the threat global terrorism holds and explores to empower both individuals and organizations with the acquaintance and the tools to uphold effective change. Founded by Larry A. Mizel and is affiliated with the Mize Museum and is located within the Denver Civic Center Cultural Complex across from the Denver Art Museum.

Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere: Understanding the Threat of Terrorism is one of the organization?s exhibits and is an experiential and interactive means using some of the state-of-the-art multimedia tools to educate its visitors. The museum is not ideal to children under the age of 14, any children under the said age is demanded to have a parent or legal guardian to accommodate the child.
