The General Coffee State Park is a state park and recreation area in Nicholls, Georgia. It is commonly described as one of Georgia?s ?best kept secrets? with its stunning scenery and absence of crowds.

Named after John E. Coffee, a former farmer, politician, and military general, the General Coffee State Park offers 1511 acres of space. It is the home of the Heritage Farm, featuring information about agricultural history. The farm is equipped with a cane mill, log cabins, corn crib, tobacco barn, and several other exhibits. There are also farm animals found on the site that are available for feeding.

Aside from the Heritage Farm, the General Coffee State Park also features the Seventeen-Mile River, numerous rare and endangered species, as well as some cypress swamps. There?s also the Burnham House, a cabin available for overnight rentals.
