The Kolomoki Mounds Historic Park is a state park and historic site in Blakely, Georgia. It features and preserves the Kolomoki Mounds, noted for being the largest and oldest Woodland period mount complex in the entire Southeastern United States.

Tracing its roots back to 350 to 750 AD, the Kolomoki Mounds Historic Park is an important archaeological site. It is home to the Temple Mound, measuring 56 feet in height, where you can see most of the park when you’re on top of. The other is Mound D, which is most noted of all the eight visible mounds at the site.

Today, the Kolomoki Mounds Historic Park is a scenic recreational area where visitors can also learn about the past civilizations, cultures, and ways of life.
