The City Lights Gallery in Bridgeport was built in 2004. It was created to make room of different artistic pieces of emerging artists both local and regional. They held different events that include open studio workshop, concerts and opening receptions, and lunch time art demonstrations.

The gallery is open from Tuesdays to Fridays at 11 am to 5 pm and every Saturday on 12 pm to 4pm. The gallery is always closed during Mondays and Sundays as well as during holidays and special occasions.
