The Connecticut Antique Machinery Association is a museum dedicated to preserving, restoring, and demonstrating antique machinery to the public as based on the area?s industrial and agricultural history and heritage. It aims to provide education to the public about the industrial and agricultural methods from the early days.

The Museum?s displays and exhibits are operable, making the experience of visitors more engaging and interesting. The tour includes the Industrial Hall of Steam Power that features a large collection of Industrial Steam Engines that are mostly operable. The 3-foot Gauge Railroad features the Hawaii Railway as well as live steam and operating diesel locomotives. It provides the background of how railroad represent the transportation revolution that proved to be vital to Industrialization. Visitors can also view the Diebold Agricultural Hall, which showcases a collection of tractors.

Other interesting attractions and sights to see are the large internal combustion engines, the Connecticut Museum of Mining & Mineral Science, the Cram Hill Agricultural School, and many more.

The Museum offers educational and entertaining programs and activities for all ages.
