The Indian Well State Park is a 153-acre park that was developed especially for outdoor recreational purposes. The main attraction of the park is the Indian Well, a scenic waterfalls and reflecting pool from which the park got its name.

A swim area is provided along the shore of the Housatonic Lake. Visitors can also rent a public boat to navigate the pristine waters of the lake.
