Built in the 18th century, the historic Roger Sherman Inn boasts of exquisitely restored interiors. Now a bed and breakfast inn, the Roger Sherman Inn used to be the home of Colonial lawyer Roger Sherman, whose claim to fame was as the Connecticut delegate to sign the Declaration of Independence.
Guests may choose from seventeen rooms, all of which have its own beautiful and unique themes. All rooms are equipped with its own phone, TV, mini-bar and a private bath. Many guests look forward to dining on the inn?s restaurant, with its contemporary continental cuisine having won numerous culinary awards.
