The Webb-Deane-Stevens Museum is situated right in the heart of the largest historical district of Connecticut. It renders unique New England experience right in the middle of America. The Old Wethersfield is a tiny and quiet town that is popular for its shady streets covered with trees and lined up with about 300 historical homes ? fifty of those were built before the American Revolution even happened.

There are also numerous historical churches and buildings found in its surroundings including a burying ground that is ancient and a group of tiny shops. You can also find a local farm, some casual dining venues and a park that is so scenic you would get to have a look at the Cove that connects right to the Connecticut River.
