The Delaware Legislative Hall is the seat of government of the state of Delaware. It is located in the capital city of Dover in Kent County. The building currently houses the offices of the Delaware Senate and Delaware House of Representatives, or collectively known as the Delaware General Assembly.

Aside from being the home of the Legislature, the building is also used as chambers for the Division of Research, Office of the Controller General, and two nonpartisan staff agencies. The Governor, Lieutenant Governor and their staff also use the building whenever the General Assembly is in session.

The Georgian Revival-styled Hall sits opposite the Old State House, which served as the state?s government seat until 1933. The Legislative Hall is open for public guided tours, during which guests can visit the Hall of Governor, where the portraits of all Delaware?s governors are displayed. The building also has various World War II heroes? portraits on display.
