The Lydia Black Cannon Museum is a local history museum in Milton, Delaware. The site features a wide range of artifacts and historic objects recovered from Milton and the neighboring area, chronicling its colorful past.

Housed in a restored 1857 Methodist Church, the Lydia Black Cannon Museum traces the area’s roots back to its prehistoric days as a hunting ground of the Native American tribes that found the importance of the banks of the Broadkill before the white settlement. Other displays depict the life and times during the 18th and 19th centuries. There are also photographs and documents about the local African American heritage.

The Lydia Black Cannon Museum is also home to the Milton Historical Society. They are open to the public on Wednesdays through Saturdays.
