The Nanticoke Indian Museum is a Native American heritage museum in Millsboro, Delaware. It is dedicated to the culture, legacy, and history of the Nanticoke Indians.

Housed in one of the former schoolhouses given by the state to the Nanticoke Indian Organization, the Nanticoke Indian Museum was fully established in 1984. It is owned and operated by the mentioned organization, which has been around since the 1700s, recognized as a tribe by 1881, and chartered as a non-profit organization in 1922. They built the museum to honor their heritage and share it to their children and other Americans.

The Nanticoke Indian Museum showcases various displays and exhibits that are significant and representative of the tribe?s culture. They are open from the months of April through October.
