The University of Delaware Botanic Gardens is a series of botanical gardens and an arboretum in Newark, Delaware. It is inside and a part of the campus of the University of Delaware.

The University of Delaware Botanic Gardens started out in the mid-1950s as a garden in front of the Townsend Hall. It was established through the aid of a donation from Emily Clark Diffenback, leading to its naming as the Clark Garden in her honor. It was since designated as a test arboretum by the American Holly Society.

Today, the University of Delaware Botanic Gardens is home to fifteen acres composed of twelve gardens. It is primarily used for nature study by students of the university as well as the public and the Green Industry professionals.
