The Amelia Museum of History is a history museum in Fernandina Beach, Florida. It is focused on telling and preserving the local history of the Nassau County.

The Amelia Museum of History opened in 1978. It was originally housed in the old Train Depot. It was later moved to the renovated and restored 1935 County Jail. It also served as the “official transportation Museum of the State of Florida” for quite some time in the mid-1980s as the Florida Museum of Transportation and History. It was, however, reverted to being a local history museum a couple of years later after the theme lost steam.

Today, The Amelia Museum of History features a great number of displays telling of the local history of the area. They also offer historic tours, and even the very interesting Fernandina Beach Pub Crawl.
