The American Victory Ship & Museum is a maritime museum in Tampa, Florida. It is housed in the SS American Victory, a Second World War Victory ship. It is also known as the American Victory Mariners Memorial & Museum Ship.

The American Victory Ship & Museum traces the history of the USS American Victory in its museum displays. It tells of its story in serving as a Victory ship during the WWII, a commercial ship in the early 1950s, and as a supplies ship during the Vietnam War.

Also noted for being one of the only 4 fully operational WWII Victory ships, the America Victory Ship & Museum is a real national treasure and American icon. Guided and self guided tours are available, although, make note of the off limits areas.
