The American Water Ski Educational Museum is a sporting museum in Polk City, Florida. It is focused on the heritage and story of the American water skiing.

The thing about the American Water Ski Educational Museum is that it is filled with interesting things and facts about the sport. You don?t even have to be into the said sport to be amused, entertained, and informed around the site, because it has a good lot of things that you can browse over and learn from just walking through the displays and exhibits. Showcased are the skis from across the years, including the first pair of water skis ever, a 1954 Correct Craft boat, ropes used for the sport (some dates back to 1922 up to the present), antique Outboard engines, and a library with a wide range of titles about the sport. The site is also home to the Water Ski Hall of Fame.
