The Apalachicola Maritime Museum is a maritime history museum in Apalachicola, Florida. It was founded as a way of celebrating and preserving the maritime heritage and history of Apalachicola through a hands-on learning environment.

Originally, the Apalachicola Maritime Museum was created around the Governor Stone upon its establishment in 1995. However, in 2004, the Governor Stone was moved to a new location, leaving the museum lacking of a central piece. Luckily, by 2007, the L. Francis Herreshoff-designed 58 foot wooden Ketch Quark arrived and served as the new centerpiece of the museum. It was renamed as the Heritage of Apalachicola to better reflect her new mission of education.

The Apalachicola Maritime Museum is open all week long until 4 in the afternoon.
