The Shrine Church can accommodate up to 2000 people, and it is designed with stained-glass windows that depict the “story of God’s love for man and Mary’s place in God’s plan for salvation”. You’ll also find here “The Magnificent Windows”, which are the site’s 14 aisle windows.

The Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary, Queen of the Universe is also home to the Mary, Queen of the Universe Museum, which features historic Church art pieces from all over the world.
