The Caladesi Island State Park is a state park in Dunedin, Florida. It is best known for being one of Dr. Beach?s favorite haunts, always being on his top ten beaches in the USA. It even won first prize in 2008.

The Caladesi Island State Park is located on Caladesi Island, a part of Clearwater Beach. It is technically not an island, really, as it is connected to the said beach, but it is almost an island, due to its special design. This could have been a large help to making the place special, allowing the Caladesi Island State Park become a noted beach and outdoor recreational area.
