The Calusa Nature Center and Planetarium is a science center in Fort Myers, Florida. It features 105 acres of nature, science, and a lot of fun.

The Calusa Nature Center is composed of several portions and attractions. For one, it has a museum, where visitors can learn about the natural history of the region. There are interpretive displays about the environment and folks can also meet the ?resident creatures? of the site. They also have a planetarium, which is the only one located south of Bradenton and west of Miami. There are also nature trails, butterfly aviary, picnic areas, and a gift shop that patrons will surely enjoy.

The Calusa Nature Center is open all week long until 5 in the afternoon.
