Captain Memo?s Pirate Cruise started out years ago, after a former life insurance agent named Bill Wozencraft was christened as ?Captain Memo? by Panama locals. He got the name after going to the country in a boat, with his wife, Pam. He was named Captain just because he owned a boat. They then moved to Clearwater and turned their boat into a themed cruise ship.

Today, visitors book for rides on Captain Memo?s Cruise Ship. Although, Captain Memo passed away in 2009, the business is still welcoming visitors who want to experience some time on a pirate ship.
