The Everglades City Museum is a local history museum in Everglades City, Florida. It tells of the interesting history and achievements of the area, from being a remote settlement in the early 1900s to a bustling town today.

Housed in the historic 1927 Everglades Laundry, the home of the Everglades City Museum was originally the community laundry building. It also served as the Everglades Women?s Clubs headquarters in 1965, after it was purchased from its original owners. Today, this site chronicles the great strides that the area has achieved within just a century. With the help of the real estate magnate Barron Collier who built the Tamiami Trail and transformed the locale from being a remote location that is only accessible by boat, to the first county seat of Collier County.
