The Excelsior Cultural Center is an African American heritage museum complex in St. Augustine, Florida. It celebrates the history of the Lincolnville area, which is best noted for being the first free black town, established after the Civil War.

Also known as the Excelsior Museum and Cultural Center, the Excelsior Cultural Center is brimming with history. It is housed in a building that used to serve as St. Augustine?s first black public high school. Its displays feature the rich cultural heritage of the community. On display are information about the activities of Martin Luther King, historic black churches, black historical and social societies, and other memorabilia that are related to several famous African American icons.

The site also offers educational programs through the Excelsior Learning Center.
