The Forest Capital Museum State Park is a state park and museum in Perry, Florida. It celebrates the heritage of the state?s forest industry.

Composed of 13 acres, the Forest Capital Museum State Park traces its roots back to the early 1800s, when the importance of the forestry trade became more apparent in the state of Florida. It features interesting attractions, like the long-leaf pines that grow on the grounds and the displays of the different products that are manufactured from them. There?s also the map that shows the growth of the unique woods of Florida.

The Forest Capital Museum State Park is also the home of the annual Florida Forest Festival. It is open to the public on Thursdays through Mondays.
