Known for its white sand beaches and green waters, the Henderson Beach State Park is a well-equipped state beach in Western Florida.

One of the unique features of this state park is the abundance of boardwalks that lead to a myriad of different locations and land types in the park. One provides access to the beach and activities like swimming, fishing, and sunbathing. There are pavilions available for those wish to have a picnic or grill their food. One boardwalk is actually a nature trail which features a rare look at the sand dunes and the various and abundant wildlife of the dune ecosystem. Campsites are also available, all of which are full facility sites with water and electricity hookups.
