Islands of Adventure is a theme park in Orlando, Florida. It is a part of the newly converted Universal Orlando Resort.

The Islands of Adventure site follows an overall theme of an exploration journey. This concept takes guests from a main port to seven islands, each of which is fitted with its own theme that contributes to a total feel of adventure. Its seventh island is the newly opened Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which welcomed visitors in 2010. The other six islands are the Marvel Super Hero Island, Toon Lagoon, Jurassic Park, The Lost Continent, Seuss Landing, and the Port of Entry.

Each of the seven islands features their own specially themed rides, restaurants, and areas. It currently ranks as the 7th most visited amusement park in the US and the 12th in the world.
