The Lake Wales Museum and Cultural Center is a local history museum complex in Lake Wales, Florida. It is also known as “The Depot” or as the Depot Museum, mainly after the historic train depot where it is housed.

Housed in the historic Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Depot, the Lake Wales Museum shares the building’s great heritage as well. Built in 1928, the site helped become the solution to the then growing problem of the downtown area’s traffic. The museum opened in 1976 and continued to showcase the local history of Lake Wales and its surrounding areas.

The Lake Wales Museum and Cultural Center features four buildings. Each one focuses on specific themes and topics that contribute to illustrating local history.
