The Leu House Museum is a historic house museum in Orlando, Florida. It is located in and built as a part of the Harry P. Leu Gardens.
As most folks would know, the Harry P. Leu Gardens started out as a personal gardening project by the married couple, Mr. and Mrs. Leu in the mid 1930s. They purchased the property in 1936 and started a garden from the plants that they have brought home from their travels around the world. The house served as their home for a very long time.
Today, the Leu House Museum is a designated US Historic District. It was restored and furnished to show visitors how life looks like during the turn of the century and early 1900s in the state.
