The Mad Cow Theatre is best known as the downtown area?s only professional theatre. Its two venues are Stage Left, a 100-seater theatre, and the Stage Right, a black box theatre. Stage Left is commonly used for the regular season and various other events.

The Mad Cow Theatre is home to the annual Orlando Cabaret Festival. This event has been held every year since 2002. It attracts the finest cabaret talent from all over the world. They also celebrate the best the best of the Great American Songbook.
