The Manatee County Agricultural Museum is an agricultural museum in Palmetto, Florida. It showcases the local agriculture industry, which has always been a vital part of the county’s history and economy.

Established as a joint project by the Manatee County Agricultural Museum Board with the Manatee County Board of County Commission, Manatee County Clerk of Circuit Court, and the City of Palmetto, the Manatee County Agricultural Museum has five exhibit rooms that tackle the different primary commodities of the locale. These five includes horticulture, commercial fishing, citrus, vegetables, and livestock.
