The Museum of Science and Industry is a science museum in Tampa, Florida. It is the largest of its sort in the South and is also best known for being the home of the only IMAX Dome Theatre in all of Florida.

The Museum of Science and Industry is also a family oriented venue. It was opened in 1982 and offers a great amount of displays and exhibits that could take up a whole day of fun.

1. Bio-Works Butterfly Garden
2. Saunders Planetarium – opened in 1992 and is the only planetarium in the city at the moment. It is named after the Saunders Foundation who gave it to the center as a gift.
3. IMAX Dome Theatre – opened in 1995.
4. Changing exhibits and other hands on activities for kids.
