The Museum of Science & History is a history and science museum in Jacksonville, Florida. It is one of the most popular attractions in the city, welcoming thousands of visitors every year.

The Museum of Science & History or the MOSH traces its roots back to 1941 when it was chartered as the Jacksonville Children?s Museum. It was initially housed in a Victorian mansion in Riverside, but was later moved to its permanent and current home in 1969 after its construction. It has always been designed as a museum for kids, originally being called the Jacksonville Children?s Museum. This, however, doesn?t mean that grownups will note enjoy the site, especially with the planetarium and its daily shows.
