The Osceola County Historical Society Pioneer Village is a local history museum complex in Kissimmee, Florida. It tells of the colorful past and heritage of the area, something that is usually overshadowed by all the Disney fun.

Most people go to Kissimmee for its better known and more modern attractions. However, once you?ve already consumed and taken in all of those, sometimes, you?ll wonder whether there is something else. Sadly, this place is the usual last resort or discovery for many, but it doesn?t mean that it can?t compete. The site is actually filled with historic structures and displays that tell a lot about the story of the area, giving your visit to the city a rather more informative and fulfilling one.

At the Osceole County Historical Society Pioneer Village, you?ll find an 1898 Cracker House, 1900 general store, a blacksmith shop, and tons of other pioneer artifacts.
