The Pioneer Florida Museum and Village is an open air museum and park in Dade City, Florida. The site is a 16-acre reproduction village, depicting the early days of the state through historic items and farm implements.
The Pioneer Florida Museum and Village started out in 1961 after a private citizen donated a good number of old farm equipment to the Pasco County Fair Association. The formation of the museum followed suit and gave birth to a small village complete with a number of historic structures. Aside from the farming equipment, there are also a number of historic buildings on the site on display like a depot train engine, an 1864 structure, a one-room schoolhouse, and church.
The Pioneer Florida Museum and Village is open every Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm.
