The Port Boca Grande Lighthouse & Museum is a local history museum in Boca Grande, Florida. It features the historic Port Boca Grande Lighthouse as its main centerpiece and home.

The Port Boca Grande Lighthouse & Museum was opened in 1999, 10 years after the group behind it, the Barrier Island Parks Society, started to work on the project. The displays inside the museum tell of the great history of the area, from the time when the Native Americans arrived to its growth to what it is today. There are also displays about the history of the lighthouse.

The Port Boca Grande Lighthouse & Museum is also noted for its excellent fossil exhibit and hands-on area. They are open all year round on varying schedules.
