Pumpkin Hill Creek Preserve State Park is a state recreational area, natural preserve, and wildlife refuge located east of Jacksonville, Florida.

One of the few contiguous stretches of coastal uplands in the state of Florida, certainly the largest in Duval County, the Pumpkin Hill Creek Preserve Park is an important part of the ecological and natural systems of the water ways in the area. This particular upland area protects much of the Nassau and St. Johns rivers’ water quality. The area is also an important habitat for several threatened and endangered species including the increasingly rare American alligator and the endangered wood stork.

Pumpkin Hill Creek Preserve State Park is also part of the Talbot Islands State Parks group of state parks.
