The Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve is a research facility and a nature reserve in Naples, Florida. It is best noted for being one of the last few undisturbed mangrove estuaries in North America.

Located at the northern end of the Ten Thousand Islands, the Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve is composed of 110,000 acres of pristine mangrove forest, protected waters and uplands of the rookery Bay. It is home to a myriad of wildlife and is an excellent place to learn more about the preservation and conservation of the environment and natural habitats.
