The Samuel Baker House is a historic house museum in Elfers, Florida. It is best known for being the oldest cracker house in the western part of the Pasco County.

Built in 1882 by a local businessman named Samuel Baker, the Samuel Baker House is a very interesting structure architecture-wise. It is composed of a main building and some outbuildings. The main structure is composed of the living room and bedrooms, while the outbuildings are the kitchen and privy.

The Samuel Baker House is located inside the Centennial Park, where another historic structure, known as the Charles Anderson Home, is also located. The Baker House is open for tours every third Saturday of the month from 10 am to 2 pm.
