The Silver River State Park is a state park and nature preserve in Ocala, Florida. It is best known as one of the newest venues established by the Florida State’s park system.

Boasting of over five thousand acres of natural area, the Silver River State Park offers numerous natural communities, springs, and miles worth of trails. Activities that can be enjoyed at the site include wildlife viewing, camping, bicycling, kayaking, canoeing, and picnicking. There’s also a pioneer cracker village and a museum on the site, allowing you to learn more about the area and its history. The site is also located nearby a theme park.
